How Window Pricing Actually Works
Most companies don't want you to understand this. We do.
Our Pricing Model
How We Price Windows
Window pricing comes down to two things: the frame material and the size of the window, measured in United Inches (UI) — just the width plus the height, in inches. We use the same pricing metrics as everyone else in the industry. The difference is we stripped out the sales commissions and the inflated markup that exists so a salesperson can “drop the price” and make you feel like you got a deal. And every price includes installation — always.
Under 100 UI
Most standard windowsSame flat price regardless of exact size. Most windows in American homes fall under 100 UI — so most homeowners get the simplest, most predictable pricing.
Over 100 UI
Larger windowsPrice increases in predictable 10 UI increments. Larger windows cost more because they use more material and heavier glass — not because someone decided to charge you more.

Reservation
The $49 Reservation Fee
It locks your price
$49 reserves your project and guarantees the price you saw in the configurator. It’s not an extra fee — it goes directly toward your down payment.
A specialist confirms your measurements
After you reserve, we send a specialist to your home to verify measurements and answer questions in person. This is a technical visit — not a sales pitch. No binders, no pressure.
Your price doesn’t change
The price you saw online is the price you pay. It only changes if you decide to add or remove windows. We don’t “discover” extra costs on-site.
Payment Structure
The 1/3 Deposit
After the measurement specialist confirms everything, we collect a 1/3 deposit to begin your window order. Your $49 reservation fee is credited toward this — it's not an extra charge.
The deposit covers the manufacturer order — these are custom-sized, made-to-order products. The remaining balance is due at installation completion, after you've inspected the work and confirmed you're satisfied.
No hidden fees. No balloon payments. No “sign today” pressure pricing. Want to spread payments out? See financing options.
