From the first confirmation to the final walkthrough, here is the installation process and what to discuss for your project.
Before installation: your project-manager visit
Ordering is not open yet. Today you can build an estimate and join the launch list; signup does not lock a quote or book a project-manager visit.

During checkout, choose a date for a project manager to visit your home, review the entire project scope and take precise measurements to 1/8 inch. That visit does not change your online quote.

- Join the walkthrough, try the windows and ask any questions before signing off.

If the crew finds moisture damage, rot or insulation issues, they will discuss it with you before proceeding. The project-manager visit reviews the entire scope and takes precise measurements; that visit does not change the online quote for your quoted project.
From confirmation to final check
Confirm the details
Your installer contacts you 2-3 days before your scheduled date to confirm timing and review any access details (parking, HOA rules, pets, etc.).
Protect your home
The crew arrives at your scheduled time, introduces themselves, and lays down drop cloths and protective covering over floors, furniture, and landscaping near work areas.
Remove the old windows
Each old window is carefully removed. The crew inspects the frame cavity for moisture damage, rot, or insulation issues. If anything unexpected is found, they'll discuss it with you before proceeding.
Fit the new windows
Your new windows are set, shimmed, leveled, and secured. Insulation is applied around the frame. Exterior trim and capping is installed for a finished, weather-tight seal.
Clean up and walk through
The crew removes all old windows and debris, cleans the work areas, and does a walkthrough with you. They'll demonstrate how each window operates and answer any questions.
Check the finished work
The installer checks every window for proper operation, seal integrity, and cosmetic finish. You sign off when you're satisfied — not before.

How long does installation take?
5-10 windows typically takes one full day (6-8 hours). Larger projects may extend to two days.
What happens if the weather changes?
Installations can proceed in most weather. We'll reschedule only for severe conditions (ice storms, extreme winds).
How much noise should I expect?
Expect moderate noise from cutting and fastening. The loudest parts are brief. Most rooms can be used normally during the work.
What about pets and children?
We recommend keeping pets and young children away from active work areas for safety.
